Expected Qualifications:
· University graduated, Aged 35+ (Overseas education background preferred)
· At least 8 years of experiences in a business operation environment (Sales & Marketing) with no less than 5 years people management with multinational companies
· Fluency in Mandarin, Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are mandatory
· Experience in special service is Plus (Counseling sale, Healthcare, headhunting, education)
· Mature and superior interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
l Managing sales, Marketing and other supporting functions with Shanghai WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Company)
l Achieve financial objectives of East China business
l Short term and long term financial planning with effective measures to monitor and control operational cost
l Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operation model
l Maintain good relationship with local and Australia government parties, ie: M.O.E. affiliates, Department of Australia Immigration & Citizenship, Austrade and etc.
l Train and develop talent people to achieve organizational excellence |
