岗位职责描述/要求： |

Qualifications
The qualifications for the position include:
A first degree is desirable in Financial, Economical or Management;
a minimum of two years experience in implementing financial, manufacturing, and/or distribution systems in a commercial environment, in addition to a minimum of one years of functional experience;
Actual project management experience needs to be demonstrated;
A solid understanding of application requirements should be demonstrable from previous work experience;
Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin for self expression should be exhibited;
Ability to work in teams as well as individually is required;
If has working experience in big 4 audit firm or securities company will be preferred;
Responsibilities:
Checking the finance number for each portfolio company and prepare monthly summary finance report;
Assist to summary the quarterly report to LP (Limited Partner);
Improve the internal control system and operation process for portfolio companies: including ERP system and KPI establishment, etc.;
Take a role as the acting CFO temporarily for the portfolio if need;
Perform the industry analysis for new deal including the finance deal diligences;
Provide the professional opinion about the tax and finance arrangement for the portfolio companies especially for the restructured project;
